We have a 30-day, money-back guarantee on any product. You may return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note the following:
Damaged or Non-Working Products
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For full refund, product must be returned unused with all the original packaging.
- Returns received after 30 days will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.
- If we feel like the items have been used, 30% restocking fee may be assessed.
- If you refuse your package, your original shipping is non-refundable. In addition, we will deduct that same amount from the product total.

for information on how to receive replacement pieces. If a return label is issued, you have 60 days to return the items or your card may be charged the value of the damaged or defective product.

and mail back your product. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on exchange orders. If you would like your new order quicker, you may email or call in your order. We will charge your credit card for the exchanged product only (no shipping) and credit your card once we receive the original product back.
