Return Policy

We have a 30-day, money-back guarantee on any product. You may return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please note the following:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All holiday lights are not returnable after its holiday.

  • For full refund, returned product must be returned unopened, otherwise a 30% restocking fee* will be charged.

  • Items returned totaling over $1,000 are subject to a 10% service charge.

Fees do not apply to damaged or non-working products. Please e-mail us at customerservice@partylights.com regarding damaged or defective product. Complete the Return/Exchange Form** (link provided below). Enclose the form along with the product and product packaging, and ship the items to PartyLights.com, 6955 Portwest Drive, Ste. 120, Houston, TX 77024. *Restocking Fee
We have found it necessary to charge a restocking fee, because customers are using the lights then returning it used. The products we sell are pre-packaged by the manufacturer, and we are unable to resell opened product.

The 30% restocking fee will apply to the following:
  • Items returned without all original packaging.
  • Items which have been opened and used.
  • Refused packages that are returned to us.

How you can avoid the restocking fee
Many customers purchase more than one strand of lights. Once you receive the product, open only one package. If you decide the lights are not what you expected, do not open the other packages.
